SurveyPro and CrewPro have the options for you to add Walkthrough Questions. These questions can work as soft-reminders for your surveyor and packing crew regarding some particular information. Helpful for both fact finding and instructions
You can add or edit questions by following these next steps:
- Go to MoveDashboard
- Go to Company > Solutions > Pro Apps
- Click on the Questions tab > Walkthrough Questions
*Remember it is an Admin feature
Here you can select which questions you want to see in each app and step/task of the move.
You can add, delete and change current questions along with setting the order of appearance. If you have decided to have your questions appear within your Client Summary (Survey Report), please note this is the order they will show.
Once your task questions have been entered, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Save'
