Use the "Check-In"-button

The check-in button provides a time-stamp of when the crew started the job. This check-in button is set to "optional" by default, but can be made "mandatory" for your company.

1.1 Non-Mandatory (default setting):

When you open a task, there is a "check-in" button on the right top corner of the "task summary page". (see screenshot) By pressing the check-in button, a time-stamp is created indicating the date & time the crew started the job. It is not required to use the check-in button, so the crew can execute the task without pressing the check-in button.

When the "check-in" button is pressed, it changes to "checked-in". (see screenshot below) 

Default setting of the check-in button: NOT MANDATORY. Changing the settings to "mandatory" for your company can be done by a company admin in the MoveDashboard or by the Move4U Support team.

1.2 Mandatory (customized setting):

When you open a task, there is a "check-in" button on the right top corner of the "task summary page". By pressing the check-in button, a time-stamp is created indicating the date & time the crew started the job. All other sections will remain view only (eye-icon) until the check-in has been done, once done the eye-icon changes into a pen-icon and the crew can execute the task. (see screenshot)

Only after the check-in button is pressed the crew can execute the task. 

 

2. Change "check-in"-button settings to mandatory:

The default setting of the "check-in"-button can be changed to mandatory in the MoveDashboard by a company admin or you can contact your Move4U support team.

MoveDashboard: Company > Settings > Solutions > Proapps > General settings tab

Scroll down to the "App screens" sections and set the "force check-in for specific tasks" to YES
