Create a more personal approach by customizing SurveyVideo. There are many sections of the SurveyVideo process that can be customized.
For instance, within SurveyVideo, your company logo can be implemented. The logo will be the first image a client sees when he/she has logged in to the SurveyVideo app.
Besides the app, the logo will also show in the confirmation email that the client will receive, as well as on the documentation. Your company's contact details can also be added in the confirmation email that the client will be receiving.
To customize your screen you can contact support@move4u.com or if you are an admin you can change/add your logo, the company colors and the company's contact information within the MoveDashboard. Go to Setting > Solutions > SurveyVideo > General Settings
To setup default email reminders go to Setting > Solutions > SurveyVideo > Email Reminders and choose when and how many email reminders will be sent to the client. You can choose for 1 email reminder between 1 week and 1 hour before the scheduled call, or you can choose multiple reminders.
