How can I send a task summary using a ProApp?

One of the features in the SurveyPro and CrewPro is the possibility for the user to send a copy of the summary to a partner or client.

This can be done by opening the move file on your device. At the bottom, you will see the Email Summary section. Select it. If the setting ''Add default email recipients'' is marked in the setting, then the client should already be a recipient. It is possible to add more recipients. 

  1. Tap on the plus sign to add another recipient.
  2. The default language will be English however, it is also possible to send it in another language. 
  3. Type the name of the recipient and the email address. You have also the option to show or hide the volume. 
  4. Tap on OK to add the recipient. 
  5. Once you have added all the email addresses that you wanted in this section, tap on the Done button at the bottom right corner. The information added on this page will only be saved if you tap on this button.
  6. The recipients will receive an email after you have finalized the task. You can find this button at the bottom of the main Overview page for the move file.
