How can I set the conditions for the items packed?

Some items require more care than others. Sometimes you may find an item that is already damaged. It is important to know what type of damage it has and to pinpoint the location of the damage.

Noting these damages will help you avoid any bogus damage claims by clients. With CrewPro, you can take a picture of the damage and even specify what type of damage it is and where it is located.

When packing, if you select the option Pack item/Carton, the system will provide you a details page.

Note: When you use the Pack individually option, we understand that you want to fast-forward the process and the details page will be skipped. You can however, tap on any of the items listed in the inventory tab, and from here it will open up the details page and you can add the conditions like above.
