How does the Move4U x Yembo integration work?

Move4U and Yembo have an integration where Yembo survey data can be synced directly into Move4U's CrewPro app.

Setting up the sync

If you would like the integration turned on, reach out to your Yembo Customer Success Manager.

Yembo will then get the webhook URL from Move4U. (The webhook URL gets generated when the Yembo region, Yembo Access Token and default Surveyor e-mail is entered in Move4U's Yembo Integration Settings.)


The webhook URL will be added to the Notifications page of the Admin section in Yembo and the Move Reviewed webhook will be turned on.

How to Sync

  1. Once a survey is complete, mark the record as "reviewed" in Yembo. This will trigger the syncing of inventory data into Move4U:

  2. The following information is imported into Move4U:

    1. Customer name

    2. Customer email address

    3. Customer phone number

    4. Origin, destination, and intermediate stop addresses

    5. Inventory item names, volumes, and weights

    6. Photos of each room

  3. The mover can use the Move4U CrewPro app with the survey information pre-populated from the integration.
