How to create labels
- You can prepare and print labels for a packing list before or after the CrewPro task is assigned or completed.
- The label format is for Avery L7165 (8 labels per sheet)
- Both the Origin and Destination locations are required to create the labels
To create the labels prior to the packing job, go to the Packing list tab of the relevant move
Select ‘Create Labels’
In the pop-up window, you will be able to add or change the details you would like to see on the labels
- Include the Reference number – Yes / No
- Reference type – MD number or Ext. Ref number
- Client name – Pre-filled if present in the file, you are able to remove or change how it will be displayed on the label
- Start number of the labels – default = 1
- No of labels
- Color selection (black, white, red green, blue, yellow, orange)
- Lot number
- Origin and destination locations. If there are already origin & destination details available in the file, it will be pre-filled. They can be edited for the labels and will not impact the location information defined in the file
- Option to display the Mode of Transport
- MOT selection (Road, Sea, Air)
- Option to display the company name
- Option to display the company logo
Once the required data is filled, press ‘Generate’. This action will create the PDF and will automatically take you to the Documents tab.
