Learn how to use CrewPro

In this article, you will learn all about the app step by step. If it’s your first time using the app, we suggest reviewing the tutorials in order. If you have more specific questions, select the tutorial that best fits your needs.

1. How to start a job in CrewPro 
  • Jobs will mainly be sent to you from your agency; therefore, to see the job. You need to pull down with your finger on the Upcoming Tasks screen until you see the ‘Release to refresh.’ After the menu refreshes, the job will appear on your device. 
  • As an emergency solution, you can create a job from scratch with the Add Task button. Fill in the information for the job and press on ‘Done.’ 
2. Address (Pre-Inspection, Post-Inspection, and GPS)
  • Pre-Inspection: To add pre-existing damages to a residence, tap the Pre-Inspection button. 
  • Post-Inspection: To add damages that happened during the job to a residence, tap the Post-Inspection button. 
  • GPS: To view the address on a map, tap the underlined address. You will see the Google Maps option at the bottom of your screen. 
  • Edit Addresses information: Tap on the pen icon next to the addresses section

9. Settings Setup
  • Preferences: In this section, you can customize your preferred measurement unit system of the app. 
  • Check the option “Always use item color” to mandatorily assign a sticker color to your whole shipment on every job you do.  
  • If you want to start with a number different from 1, make sure the option “Do not show sticker number pop” is unchecked. 
  • If you want to automatically receive a copy of the inventories by email, check the option “Add app user as email recipient.” 
  • If you want to automatically send a copy of the inventories by email to the customer, check the option “Add default email recipient app user as email recipient.” 
  • If you want to remove some options from the Inventory/Pack screen, uncheck them in the section Customize Screens > Inventory/Pack Screens and press Done to save. (The fields colored in gray can’t be unchecked). 
  • To have your signature pre-saved, draw it on the box located at the end of the settings. 
  • Language setting: At the Localization section, you will find the language dropdown. Use it to change the language you want to use your app. 

IMPORTANT: To avoid confusion with our survey tool, we strongly recommend removing the following options in the Additional Preferences section: 

  • Show (Survey) Quick Add option 
  • Show (Survey) Advanced add option 

IMPORTANT: When you finish editing your settings, press on ‘Done’ at the bottom right corner to save your changes; otherwise, you’ll lose them.
