Manually add damages to a claim

In the MoveDashboard, you can manually add damages to a claim on behalf of a client

Once you have created a claim file through MoveDashboard, you have the option to send the information to the client through an invitation containing download links and passcode (necessary to fill in the claim details).


You also have the option to add information yourself on behalf of the client. Head to the left hand side of the MoveDashboard ClaimApp > Overview. Type the name or email address of the client and the created file will show up.

Once it is opened, click on Damage overview > add damage (manually). You will then have the option to fill in the below fields associated with that damage. 

 

When you have added the details of the damage and clicked on update to save, you will then be able to add images to that item. 

 

You can keep adding as many damages as you like via the 'add damage (manually)' button.
