Follow these few simple steps to schedule a video survey call with your client
You can schedule a call with your client following similar steps as when you need to schedule any task in the MoveDashboard.
- Head to the MoveDashboard, create a new file or open an existing file that will require the video survey.
- Open the Task tab.
- Add a new task by clicking on Add task. You should now see a similar screen as shown in the screenshot below. The fields highlighted in red must be filled in order to schedule the call correctly.
- Once you have selected all relevant/required fields, click on Update to update the page
- A pop up will show as below:
Once you click on yes, your client will receive an email explaining how to download the app and login with their unique login code. Your call is now scheduled.
Important! Make sure that you add an email address to the task. If there is already one existing in the file it will automatically pull through to the task section. Without the e-mail address the call will not be scheduled.
Note: When scheduling this type of task, it's very important to have the correct city and country added to the client location in the move file, so that the correct timezone of the client pulls through.
