You can schedule a call with a client following similar steps as when you need to schedule a physical survey or packing.
- Head to MoveDashboard and open the file that will require the video survey.
- Open the Task tab.
- Add a new task by clicking on Add task. You should now see a similar screen as below.
- When you have chosen your preferred date, click on Update to update the page and your video call is scheduled. Your client will receive an email with the login codes.
When scheduling this type of task, it's very important to have a timezone selected as in the screenshot below.
