The Move Dashboard can handle move-related claims. 

On the Move Dashboard, head to the left bar > Claims > New. Once there, input the client's details. In this file, you are able to add the information manually (yourself) or let your clients input the information themselves through the ClaimApp. The email address used in this page will be used to send the download link for the ClaimApp. This is why you must input the right address if you plan to have the client fill in the details.


The client will receive the download link and the Passcode. Once all the information is right, click on Save and continue. Only after this last step, the system will ask you if you want to send the links to the client. The  provided code will only work for 14 days. After that, you will have to reset the access.
