Once you have created a claim file through the Move Dashboard, you have the option to send the information to the client through an invitation containing download links and passcode (necessary to fill in the claim details).


You also have the option to add information yourself on behalf of the client. Head to the Move Dashboard's left bar > ClaimApp > Overview. Type the name or email of the client and the created file will show up.


Once it is opened, click on Damage overview. When you have added the details of the damage, you will be able to add  the images (See 4th image).
