SurveyPro and CrewPro have options for you to add Walkthrough Questions. These questions are intended to work as soft-reminders for your surveyor and packing crew regarding some particular information.
You can add or edit questions by following these next steps:
- Go to MoveDashboard
- Go to Company > Solutions > Pro Apps
- Click on the Questions tab > Walkthrough Questions
*Remember it is an Admin feature
Here you can select which questions you want to see in each app and step of the move. You can choose between Survey, Pack-in or Pack-out (delivery).
You can add, delete and change current questions.
After you have logged in, follow the numbers in the image below to find your Walkthrough Questions.
