You can use CrewPro's scanning feature at delivery. On the Overview page of the task, go to Packing List, you will see there a Scan button, tap on it, and point to the code.

Once scanned, the app will display options such as Mark as delivered, missing, or damaged.

In order to scan an item at delivery, the item should have also been scanned at pickup. Only this way will the code be stored within our system to later be recognized at delivery.
