CrewPro will allow you to create an electronic inventory with any pre-move inventory (this pre-move survey can come from SurveyPro or the MoveDashboard). Head over to the Inventory section in Crewpro to start.
Option 1. Pack in carton.
Select an item from the list in the Items tab that you've packed in a carton. Tap Pack in Carton.

The app will load a screen where you can select a carton to use for this item. The item you had selected earlier will become the content for this carton. If you have select a carton in the previous screen, the carton dropdown fill be already filled in.

Once you have selected the right details for the carton, you can tap any of the following to add this carton to the inventory list.
- Tap Done, the app will add this carton to the list and return you to the previous screen.
- Tap Next carton, the app will add this carton to the list and you'll stay on the same screen.
- The carton field and all its packing details (except MOT, packer, Floor, Room, Origin, and Destination) will be cleared. Tap Duplicate, the app will add this carton to the list, you'll stay on the same screen and all the carton details will remain. This is a good option if you're planning to add a couple of cartons but only one in particular.
- Tap and hold Duplicate, the app will prompt a window where you tap to fill in how many times should app duplicate this carton. Keep in mind that by using this duplicate option, the app will duplicate the carton including all the details on the screen at that moment.
If you're adding your first item/carton, the app will also prompt you to confirm the starting number for your list. This popup will appear when a new MOT, or color stickier is selected.
Option 2. If you're packing an item without a carton, tap Pack Item.

The carton dropdown is gone. At the bottom of the screen, you have Duplicate, Next Item, Done. These buttons will work in the same manner. If 2 items are selected and you tapped Pack Item, both will be listed under the same number on your inventory list.
Option 3. Select any item or carton from the list in the Items tab and tap the Scan button. This will open the camera on the device to scan a barcode. Once scanned, the app will load display the option to choose a carton and content, the scanning code field will be already in.

Option 4. Pack individually.
Select 2 or more items from the list and tap Pack Individually. Those 2 items will be now listed on a new table. Each item will be listed individually in the inventory list. To mark an item as high risk or to add a condition, photo or comment, tap on the item.

Some fields are mandatory, if you want to change these, head over to settings.
Carton/Item dropdown can be adjusted by your Company Administrator or Move4U support staff.
Once you've filled in a mandatory field or dropdown, the app will remember the choice/text, so you don't have to fill it in every time, only once.
