Support issue reporting

Move4U Support Agents are able to track your actions in the app whether you are online or offline by using logs. The current log size has a delete option, please do not delete that unless instructed by the Support Team. The log records will show your actions for the past 28 days. 

What can we track?
Move4U can track each tap that you make in the app, for example, each section that you open, items that you’re adding, comments, etc. 

Why do we have this function?
We’ve noticed that users sometimes report issues/bugs that the support team cannot reproduce. With this option, we can easily follow each step that the user did and hopefully find the issue/bug faster this way.
