Support issue reporting

Move4U Support Agents are now able to track your actions in the app whether you are online or offline. You can disable this option in the Settings and simply tap on ‘’Disable Diagnostic Logging’’, however disabling this setting will be harder for the support team to track the issue/bug. The current log size has a delete option, please do not delete that unless instructed by the Support Team. The log record will only show your action within the last 7 days.  

What can we track?
Move4U can track each tap that you make in the app, for example, each section that you open, items that you’re adding, comments, etc. 

Why do we have this function?
We’ve noticed that users sometimes report issues/bugs that the support team cannot reproduce. With this option, we can easily follow each step that the user did and hopefully find the issue/bug faster this way.
