Why is my ProApp dashboard empty?

After you log into SurveyPro or CrewPro, your Dashboard will probably be empty. 

Don’t worry, you did not lose your files and the apps are working fine. 

You just need to refresh your App Dashboard. 

  1. Place your finger in the middle of the App Dashboard.
  2. Pull down the Dashboard to refresh it. 
  3. All moves that were assigned to you will be displayed.

You can follow the same steps if your App is missing a file that was assigned to it.
