Why the app is blank?

After you refresh your app’s dashboard, it is still not working. When the apps are not used for a long period of time, it may happen that you are not able to log in successfully.

You must then log out and log in again. You will see the dashboard is blank, do not forget to refresh by holding the middle of white space and release by pulling down the screen.

If that also does not work, the apps must then be deleted and then re-install in your device. By doing so, the apps also get the latest updated version. By tapping on the menu icon in the upper left corner, you can see your installed version. You can check ‘’Release Notes’ to see if you have the updated version of the app. By going to your Play Store or to App Store you can also check for recent updates.
