Anytime that SurveyVideo is running, our platform will record the video from your client's feed. It will be stored for your management.
How can you rewatch a video survey?
After the survey is done, you can rewatch the video by going to ProApps > Moves > Client file > Media. On this page, you can find the video and other media such as photos that were taken during the call.
By clicking the "capture image" button (below right corner of video) a screenshot will be taken and save under the media tab in the MoveDashboard.
Is your video not loading? Click on the "fix video permissions" button underneath your video and refresh your page. More detailed information on how to fix the video permissions can be found here.
