To start a move-related claim, head to the MoveDashboard
Step 1) Go to the left hand menu Claims > New.
Step 2) Enter in all known client details
Note: You are able to add all the information manually (yourself) here, or let your clients fill in the information themselves through the ClaimApp.
Important: The email address used in this page will be used to send the download link for ClaimApp. This is why you must fill in the right email address if you plan to have the client fill in the details.
Once all the information is right, click on Save and continue. Only after this last step, the system will ask you if you want to send the link to the client. The client will receive the download link and the Passcode.
The provided code will only work for 14 days. After that, you will have to reset the access in order for the client to use the app to submit their claim
